We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday.
Weekends orders and Holidays will ship the following business day.
Our deliveries are only available to physical address. Shipping is not available to P.O.
Boxes. When orders are received during business hours, our team at outfits.com will try to send the orders out as soon as possible. All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 business days. (Unless there is a problem with the order.) For shipping rates and arrival times please visit the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided.
Please note that shipping and handling is done by a third party company; therefore, we are not able to guarantee your order's arrival date. All lost or damage shipments must be reported to USPS directly ASAP. Fashely Outfits is not responsible for Lost, Stolen or damage shipments during transit.
Our customer satisfaction is our team’s priority, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as we receive it. Please check the shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our highest priority! If you are not absolutely satisfied with your new purchase, you can return the item within 20 days of the delivered date.
Damage items will not be eligible for return. Returned items must be in its original condition, unwashed, unused, unaltered, Fashely Outfits tags must be attached and original receipt included. If item(s) are not in the original condition they will be returned to customer.
Return item(s) MUST passed our inspection process for return. A full refund will be credited to your account ONLY after our inspection process is approved.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please note: That the RETURN LABEL IS NOT PREPAID, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Ship the return package to: Fashely Outfits.
